Project Overview

Cathro Accounting Services is run by Shelly Cathro, an accountant specialising in making bookkeeping and compliance approachable for small businesses and individuals. Services include monthly bookkeeping, management reports, financial statements, full payroll processing including UIF and EMP forms, QuickBooks support, taxation, provisional returns and compliance work. The business is built on a practical, relationship-based approach, and the website needed to communicate that clearly from the first scroll.

The Brief

MM Digital was briefed to build a professional, approachable website that presents the full range of services, establishes trust with potential clients and makes it easy to get in touch. A prominent WhatsApp contact option was a specific requirement, allowing clients to reach Shelly directly without navigating a lengthy form. MM Digital handled the full project from layout and design through to content writing and hosting setup.

What We Built

MM Digital designed and developed a WordPress website using Elementor Pro for a fully custom layout with no templates applied. The design uses clean lines, clear hierarchy and copy that communicates professionalism without being intimidating. The services section breaks down each offering from bookkeeping and payroll to taxation and compliance in plain terms a client without an accounting background can follow. WhatsApp contact options were integrated throughout to reduce friction for busy clients. Content was written by MM Digital to reflect Shelly's practical approach and the standard of service her clients receive. The site is fully mobile responsive and fast-loading on all devices.
