- Microsoft Clarity: used for heatmaps and session recordings to understand how visitors use the site, only loaded after you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry information (contact form, email, and WhatsApp messages) is kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes, typically up to five years. Analytics data is retained according to the periods set out in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights under POPIA and GDPR
Depending on where you are based, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons
