Their services cover emergency plumbing, drain jetting, high-pressure cleaning, water system installations, renovations and general property maintenance. The business runs on consistent, quality work and fast response times. Their tagline, "Quality Work. Reliable Service. Every Time.", set the standard for everything that went into this project.

The Brief

MM Digital was briefed to build a clean, trustworthy website that communicates professionalism and reliability, presents services clearly, and makes it straightforward for new clients to call or send an enquiry. In the trades industry, first impressions matter and trust is established quickly or not at all. The site needed to create that impression from the first scroll. MM Digital handled the full scope: layout, design, content writing and hosting setup from start to finish.

What We Built

MM Digital designed and developed a website built around the client experience: clear services, obvious contact options and a tone that signals reliability without overselling it. The homepage leads with what matters most to a new client, what McIntosh Works does, who they work for, and how to reach them. Each service is presented with enough detail to inform without overwhelming. Click-to-call links appear at key points throughout the site, recognising that most clients in an emergency want a phone number, not a form. Content was written by MM Digital to be direct, professional and reassuring, matching the tone clients expect from a business they are about to trust with their property. The site is fully mobile responsive, fast-loading and built to handle both planned enquiries and urgent calls.
